Filled large pot (5gal) for batch sparge.
Filled largestvkitchen pot (1gal) for rise
Fly sparge with medium pot (3gal).
Hops substitute: 55min 2 oz centennial. 5 min 1oz Warrior.
Used extra 2nd runnings and mixed with 1 can Cooper's (draft), 1 bag dextrose and used bottled water not tap. Boiled the wort for 40 min in my 3 gal pot (3/4 full), then added the Cooper's and the dextrose. Didn't use extra hops. Wort chilled and then added bottled water to carboy, poured wort on top. Used S-04 yeast.
Came out with 1 batch all grain and 1 batch Cooper's.
