The Perle hop addition was actually Strata in the recipe. But this program doesn't acknowledge Strata Hops & the 2 30 minute Hop editions are in whirlpool @ 180* F Perle could be used but in higher quantity to adjust for AA. The 0 Time hop additions are Dry hop in secondary for 72 hrs. Recipe didn't indicate mash temp. I am going with 155*F
This is nice IPA for malt forward beer lovers like myself but will also please the IPA crowd as well I believe
