ADD HOP ADDITIONS 0 MINUTE CITRA IS HOPSTAND AT 175° FOR 15 MINS, THEN CHILL TO 70° DRAIN TO THE FERMENTER, SAVE QUARTER GALLON IN KETTLE (TRUB) PITCH YEAST. PRIMARY FERMENTATION 7-10 DAYS (~2 DAYS FERMENTATION + 5 DAYS DRY HOP) DRY HOP IN PRIMARY 1 OZ CITRA AND 1 OZ MOZAIC FOR 5 DAYS AFTER FERMENTATION HAS ENDED.
