INSTRUCTIONS

- Mash in 15 litre at 67ºC for 30' - Add DME and top up to 20 litre - Start boil and add at boil point 20g Magnum 10g Citra 10g Mosaic - Add after 30' 10g Citra 10g Mosaic - After 45 minutes remove 200 ml and add yeast when cooled down to 23ºC - cover - Add 1/4 tsp of Protafloc - Add after 58' 20g Citra 20g Mosaic - With chiller cool down to 22ºC and transfer to fermenter - Add started yeast - After 7 days add 20g of Citra and 20g of Mosaic pellets that have been
