INSTRUCTIONS |
Add sugar last 5 minutes of boil (table sugar really works just as good, and you can invert it by adding lemon juice prior to adding if you like). Single Mash low at 148F for higher attenuation. Ferment cool for first 2 days, then let warm to low-mid 70's til complete. T-58 is not best for fruitiness, but adds a nice peppery quality, and is easy.
