combine 3 OZ Motueka, 1.5 OZ Nelson and 1.5 OZ Mosaic. Divide into 3 equal parts and Dry hop by the following.
3 days from start of fermentation(remove after 3 days)
at removal of first dry hop (above) 3 days then remove
Transfer to secondary after 10 days.
Dry hop remaining portion in secondary fro 3-5 days.
