Step mash in 15G keg

20 min 160°
Sparge approx. 13 gallons wort in 15G boil kettle
Bring to boil add first hops after 15 min. Boil total time 60 min
Cool then sparge into two buckets.
When under 80 add dry yeast, ferment at 50 for 3 weeks, raise to 50 for 3 days. Rack into 5gallon soda cans and refrigerate
Put under C02 pressure it may take 2 weeks to carbonate nicely.
