20 Litres of strike water at 70C Mash at 66C for 60 minutes.
Recirculate sparge and add 3 Litres of 68C water to grain bed to collect 20 Litres (+/-) of wort.
(Protafloc at 15 minutes)
Pitch yeast at 18-20C
Yeast: London Ale III (or whatever you prefer) CML - Clipper
Add yeast nutrient
Ferment at 18-20C for 7-14 days
Dry hop with Citra 20g at day 5-7 of fermentation
