INSTRUCTIONS |
This calculator has the relation between time hops are added during the boil to IBUs backwards. Adding in the hops at 60 minutes of a boil is adding it at 0 minutes of the actual boil.
Add Irish moss during the last 15 minutes of the 60 minute bowl (or on minute 45).
Cold crash and use one packet of non-flavored gelatine in 1 cup of 150-160 degree water 3 days before carbination.
