Roast Pecans in oven at 300F for 1-hour, pat dry with paper towel to remove any excess oils, crush and include with grains for mash
Mash at 154F-156F degrees for 60 minutes
Slow sparge for 1-hour
Add Maltodextrin to wort, pre boil
Primary at 70F for 10 days
Secondary at 55F for 7 days
