BIAB mash - 75 min @ 154.0°F
Mash out at 170.0°F for 10 minutes
Boil for 60 minutes, utilizing hop schedule:
* .25 oz Motueka for 60 minutes
* .25 oz Motueka for 20 minutes
* .25 oz Sorachi Ace for 20 minutes
* .25 oz Sorachi Ace for 7 minutes
* Dry hop .5 oz each of Motueka & Sorachi Ace for 7 days
Add whirfloc at 15 minutes
Whirlpool and chill wort to 68°F
Pitch yeast and ferment at 70-75°F for 10 days
