1.0 oz (28 g) Northern Brewer, 9.6% a.a. (20 min)
0.5 oz (14 g) Northern Brewer, 9.6% a.a. (20 min)
3.5 oz (99 g) Hallertau Mittelfruh, 4% a.a. (10 min)
1.63 oz (46 g) Czech Saaz, 3.2% a.a. (5 min)

DIRECTIONS

Use half RO water. Mash grains at 150° F (66° C) for 90 minutes.
