    11.25 lb (5.1 kg) Pilsner malt
    8.0 lb (3.63 kg) Munich malt
    1.25 lb (0.57 kg) caramel Munich malt
    4.0 oz (113 g) Carafa Special malt
    0.5 oz (14 g) Magnum pellet hops, 13.1% a.a. (60 min)
    0.7 oz (20 g) Hallertau pellet hops, 3.2% a.a. (30 min)
    900 mL Wyeast No. 2124 Bohemian lager yeast, repitched

Directions

    Mash grains at 156° F (69° C) for 90 minutes.
    Primary fermentation for 30 days at 48° F (9° C).
    Secondary fermentation for 30 days at 32° F (0° C).
    Forced CO2 to carbonate (2.5 vol).
