Ingredients

For 6 Gallons (22.71 L)

    12.0 lb (5.44 kg) American two-row pale malt
    1.0 lb (0.45 kg) flaked rice
    1.25 oz (35 g) Hallertau pellet hops, 4.2% a.a. (60 min)
    Wyeast No. 2007 Pilsen lager yeast
    Wyeast yeast nutrient
 

Specifications

    Original Gravity: 1.056 diluated to 1.033
    Final Gravity: 1.006
    ABV: 3.54%
 

Directions

    Use a single infusion mash at 148° F (64° C) for 90 minutes. Once fermented, use distilled carbonated water to dilute to an equivalent original gravity of 1.033.
    Primary fermentation for 28 days at 50° F (10° C).
    Forced CO2 to carbonate (3 vol).
