    0.31 lb (141 g) chocolate malt
    2.0 oz (57 g) East Kent Golding pellet hops, 4.5% a.a. (35 min)

Directions

    Steep milled grains for 1.5 hours at 158° F (70° C).
    Primary fermentation for 6 days at 66° F (19° C).
