INSTRUCTIONS |
6 lb 2 Row, 2 lb pilsner, 1 lb wheat malt. 1oz Cascade, 1 oz centennial. 3lb green apples and 3 lb Bosc pears. 1 hour mash @153. Apples and pears peeled and cored. Into the mash with the grains. 45 minute boil, centennial @15 Cascade @35.
