INSTRUCTIONS

Mash in at 149°F (65°C) (1.25 quarts/lb strike water = 4.25gal) and hold for 60 minutes. Sparge w/3.5gal 150°-160° Boil 90 min. adding hops as indicated in recipe. Add hops @ 60min. Add Irish Moose @75min. Add turbinado and candi sugar @ 85min Strain into Fermenter.
