A Clone of a nice beer from a now closed brewery that the owners were nice enough to share there grain and hop bill.. Some of the process is inferred by me.

INSTRUCTIONS

The Perle hop addition was actually Strata in the recipe. But this program doesn't acknowledge Strata Hops & the 2 30 minute Hop editions are in whirlpool @ 180* F Perle could be used but in higher quantity to adjust for AA. The 0 Time hop additions are Dry hop in secondary for 72 hrs. Recipe didn't indicate mash temp. I am going with 155*F This is nice IPA for malt forward beer lovers like myself but will also please the IPA crowd as well I believe
