INSTRUCTIONS

Strike water to 155°f circulate mash 60 min. mash out at 170°f . Boil for 30min add magnum hops at the start of the boil. Flame out add tettnang and Willamette hops steep 30 min cool to 50°f pitch Loki try to keep cool for 5 days then ramp the temp to make sure all is fermented out. Add gelatin and cold crash with co2 balloon
