INSTRUCTIONS |
|
Strike water to 165F° at 2qts per pound of grist, mash for 60min using pump. Do a decoction mash to bring up to 170° and pump to boil kettle. Boil for 30min at 7min mark add Amarillo hops and yeast nutrients. At flame out add sleepy time tea and orange peel then steep for 10 min. Cool to 90° then pitch Loki, ferment hot.
