Mash at 151F. Fermented at 65F for 21 days.
Quite murky and did not clear after 3 weeks. Kegged and crash cooled. After 2 months finally clear.
Tasting Notes
Aroma of the Australian Summer hops is very interesting. Described as melon like and that seems to fit the bill. Almost smells like cantelope that's not quite ripe. Overall balanced between malt and hops. A silky mouthfeel from the oats (would skip next time). Honey malt does provide some dextrinous notes and very slight sweetness.
